These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Upcycled Shack operated under Tress Design Haus Sdn. Bhd..

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

The customers have [14 days] to check their purchases & inform by Whatsapp +60 12 827 7713.
If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within [1 month] of the purchase. Upcycled Shack operated under Tress Design Haus Sdn. Bhd. will refund the full amount without any questions.
The products must be returned within [1 month] under the following conditions:
1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;
2. It must contain all tags;
3. It must not be damaged;
4. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.
After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three [Upcycled Shack operated under Tress Design Haus Sdn. Bhd] shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
